I have ordered and made payment online. after that I have received Email mentioning that I have participated in A Contest , for which I have paid Rs. 799/-. If I got selected for contest , I can participate in the contest. Then, If I win the Contest, I can win Samsung S4 Cellphone.
I have written them that I dont want to participate in the contest. Kindly send my money back. They are not replying me. I made a call to customer care. Now, they are refusing to giving money back to me and asking me to buy any other products worth Rs 799/- from their website.

connection started after complaining regular and then in january-14 it disconnected for 12 days. again it disconected on 13th feb-2014 till date 28th feb-2014 no one come to resolve the problem.
now i do not want this connection but they told me that when i will submit my connection they will only refund me 900rs. whereas i have paid 4000rs in advance for a year.
