Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have a Fiat UNO Petrol and my tank gets full with Petrol worth Rs. 2200/- to max Rs.2300/- in Nov – Dec 2013 Rates.
I went to fill up petrol at the above Tathawade HP Petrol Pump and asked the petrol pump to fillup petrol for Rs. 2300/-. The attendant after he filled up about Rs. 1600/- of petrol he asked me if I was going to pay by Cash or by Credit card. When I said by Credit Card, he asked me to give the card meanwhile for processing it. I informed him that my tank gets full by 2200 rs of petrol so I would like to wait till it gets full. But he insisted to give him card as it will save some time and reduce waiting time for cusomers. While I was giving him the card (the counter was at about Rs. 1800) and got it processed. When my attention was not at the counter, he suddenly closed the pump and changed the counter to zero and did not show me the counter of Rs. 2300 and claimed that it was done. I was very doubtful how the counter filled up Rs.2300/- in such short time he insisted that it was done.
I left the petrol pump with lots of displeasure and them filled up the petrol again Swaraj petrol pump at hinjewadi to find out how much I was cheated for and make the tank full. I had filled up Rs. 500 of petrol there by giving me surety that I was cheated by this PP attendant for atleast Rs. 500/- of my hard earned money.

I had accident with my car and gave it to Landmark Honda Service station, S G highway, Ahmedabad for Body and paint work on 21st Feb 2013.
I had talk with receptionist (Deval Patel) about this matter. She asked me to whether to do service as well, But after checking previous service details, she denied to do regular service. Service is not due at this time, she replied me. We both agree to do only accidental work.
Then, she appoints Mr. jignesh Patel for my car. I had already told him to do this accidental work under insurance cover. I show him car insurance policy as well. He told me this insurance will not cover full amount. I have to pay almost 25-30% of total amount. I agree to pay remaining amount. Then he made job card. I went to Insurance department (3rd floor) for recheck and re-confirm to pay extra payments as well. I was told same from there as well. And then I agree to pay almost 30% of total expenses. He suggest me for geeting 100% claim amount, From the next premium pay extra add ones amount.
As on today 22nd feb 2014, When I went to take my car from the service station, they are cheating me. No one (Maheshsinh rathod & jigneshbhai & krunal bhai) agree with the words Jigneshbhai spoke to me yesterday. They are saying to pay full amount. They are saying we hadn’t talk about services under insurance cover in this case. Now they are said, they are not taking any accidental car for insurance claim at their service center. They told, generally these kinds of cars for repairing purpose were sent to another showroom. Which was not told me yesterday. They are making such kind of excuses.
I am not worry about money, but the problem is they are cheating with me. I own two Honda cars., Amaze, and Civic. Just before 10 days, my friend bought new Honda City from same showroom as I guide him. Now how can I trust these kinds of people?

As per above mentioned subject I like to discuss with you about problem that I faced with Parklane Cars Pvt. Ltd, Narol, Ahmedabad [ Authorised Volkswagen Dealer].

I got punctured in front two wheel of my car (Volkswagen POLO – GJ-1-KJ-7941) during my journey from Ahmedabad to Abu Road dated 25/12/2013, after that I take help from local highway punctured shop but he was unable to do repair work And at that time I call in their given customer care no. for provide me service under their RSA (Road Side Assistance) service as I need to reach at my destination for my Project Meeting.

In reply of my requirement they informed me unexpectedly that our person will come after 1 hour & 30 minutes (approx.) instead of 45 mins. & then he will take tyre or car to service station & then he repaired & give you back which will take minimum 5 hrs. of my valuable time, and at the same time their customer care representative also informed me that during this time we can not provide you taxi service to reach my meeting (as per RSA service they should provide me taxi service in this type of condition, which they already mentioned at the time when I pay for the same).

After this incident many of times I call in Parklane Cars P. L., Service Center Narol, Ahmedabad & talk with Ms. Poonam Goardiya who is ready to listen my complain, she also reply in my call that if you had call me when you get this problem then definitely I am going to provide you service.

After that she also ready to pay for the same but every time she gives me excuses & still i did not get any positive reply from their side, some times their manager is not available & some times their system is not working.

After no reply of my number of calls I also mail them on (service@vw-parklane.co.in) at 18th February 2014, Now it has already two months been past, but still there is no single call or mail from the company.

As this is genuine problem, You are requested to look in to & clear the issue.

Why we need to ask for service when they are getting paid? We tried to contact the official at +919998012171, first sent sms about the same, then called couple of times, never he picked up call. When called from another number, he said to call next day. This happened last time also. Prior to that, situation was same, but we didn’t raise complaint hoping this is temporary.

The bill date and delivery dates are always different by 3-4 days.

These people are blackmarketing cylinders, the delivery boys told me couple of times to supply cylinder at a higher rate.

No number to contact, sms booking never responded or delivered.

Surprisingly no other agency also available.

Today morning (25.02.2014) i have fill a petrol of Rs 400 in my bike. while filling petrol, other person collecting cash is asking to enter pin for card swipe, i told that pin is not required for this card, then he take that swipe machine in front of my face and attract mi mind towards him, at that time the person who filling the petrol, stops and quickly press reset button and said ok 400 rs petrol is fill but actually he fill 312 Rs petrol.
this is happening 3rd time with me.
these persons attract out attention saying give 10rs change, drop oil to key holder, what is pin… etc and do same thing…

Please take whatever action can be taken against this petrol pump in these kind of fraud with common people.
