at the time of delivery i was not satisfied from company as car given without washing , no remote given of music system ;
during third free service i found noise coming from tyres of j.k make , i ask kataria auto , ser dept for that , they confirm that prob is of tyres & we will give you letter for replacement of tyres ,this happened on27/6/2014
i had followed up with them for tyre issue but they didnt give me letter & no action taken from them
so after sometime i had replace tyres of my car spending money from my pocket
before week i found comp of noise & low pickup in my car ,so i went to kataria surat again for solution on 20/6/2015
they ask to keep car at there workshop for repairs , so i send my car on 21/5/2015 at kataria
on 22/5/2015 they called me & ask that car is out of warranty as paid service of car is done outside
in my knowledge car is having one year warranty or 40000 k.m
my car is only 10 months old & 32000 k.m
its require to replace part called turbo in my car costing around 15000 , which should be replaced under warranty… Continue reading
